Funeral services for Brownelle Mata, 77, of Purcell were held June 24, 2024 at the Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was at the Hopping Cemetery under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home of Purcell.
Ms. Mata died June 19, 2024.
Brownelle Brown was born Aug. 26, 1946 in Oklahoma City, the oldest of three children of Sellman D. Brown and Gladys Cleo (Thomas) Brown.
Survivors include her son, Ruben Mata of Norman; brother, Rhett Brown and wife, Susan, of Moore; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
